IT was all pomp and colour as members and invited guests thronged the Little Theatre Club Mombasa to mark its 60th anniversary last Saturday. Initially used by the British Royal Navy as a Fleet Club during the Second World War, the club officially launched in 1962 has now been gazetted as a national monument comprising an auditorium, with ‘stepped’ seats and a capacity to hold up to 200 people seated.
