The English Point Marina Mombasa Nyali on the Seashores of the Indian Ocean had an open house and cocktail last week for its potential clients. The state-of-the art gated community worth Sh4.8 billion is built on a four-acre piece of land. It has 96 apartments, eight penthouses, a water sports centre and a hotel. It will be completed in the next five months.
