Israel celebrates 65 years of independence

It was definitely a change from the norm as the Israel community in Kenya celebrated 65 years of independence on Tuesday night. The cocktail also served to mark 50 years of Israeli-Kenya relations. The event held at the Tsavo boardroom at the KICC, Nairobi, was tightly guarded by a battalion from the GSU and the Italian agents. Guests walked in to a photo exhibition capturing various states of co-operation between the two countries over the years. Food and drinks were in plenty.
